@exoticb09 It helps to have a really good non-stick pan (and even better if it's a crepe pan), plus the first one is always a mess...keep trying, you'll get it! Keep the batter thin in the pan, swirl it around and just flip once. If you make them just for yourself to practice, it won't matter what they look like and you'll have lots to practice on! (And they will still taste yummy!) freeze leftovers...:)
