Never fails to amaze & mesmerize however many times one sees the speech scene

i saw this 5 or 6 times on its original theatrical release

back in 1981; i saw it via netflix instant streaming video

a few days ago, and it still packs a punch!!! a near-flawless

period piece, and very inspirational!!! Dontcha love

this scene . . . it is pouring rain . . . Liddell not only wins

the race, but the SUN comes out, and umbrellas are put

away when he mentions The SON, Christ, our Creator =]
