i just read a few more comments...so i was thinking if a women was a pedophile shed probably have an easy time getting away with it, no erection to worry about, a baby can suck on your tit in public and its seen as normal and natural, plus u can push a baby out of your pussy and GET OFF ON IT!!!

@womanintheworld full agreement. i can't see how they can be separated when the two are so tightly intertwined.
it's not about a penis is "better" (which i think is what dontgetyouppl is saying, which is also discounting over half the elements of female sexuality), or the fact that a baby is moving down through the vagina. it's the hormones that make the orgasm happen and make thing contract, causing the need to push...not to mention the overwhelming rush that happens afterwards. Oxytocinyay!

@Dontgetyouppl it also makes the vagina walls contract.

@Dontgetyouppl Birth shouldn't be about sexuality? WTF How do you figure that? Have you forgotten what sex IS?

I found this movie/documentary very hypocritical. They preached privacy and yet had cameras capturing the very thing that should be personal for the couples. A verbal testimony by the couples would have been more powerful and would have spoke more to what they were saying about the intimate nature of birth.

I think if you don't have a warped idea about sex, you wont have a problem with the idea of actually feeling good while giving birth. Sex is not a dirty thing, God made it as well as the way our body works.

Good question... You know how some things can be both pleasurable and painful, like when you have a sore muscle massaged? Birth often means pain, but how the pain is experienced can be changed depending on how a woman faces it and interprets it. If she fights the sensation of a contraction or feels threatened, it is likely to be worse. Taking the sensations and just letting them roll over you, knowing that nothing is being injured even if it hurts, that's a good thing to try.

And FYI , birth is beautiful enough without orgasim . It being beautiful is also not an excuse to have your baby sexualy stimulate you to have an orgasm .

I will keep my doctor and my pain ..... Birth 101 , don't look for help on you tube . I have orgasmic sex .... Birth shouldn't be about sexuality ..... And havein birth pains never killed any woman it's not dignity .... Does this discovery make it right for a man to get aroused when his child is born?
