If he wanted to help, he should've just told certain family members and/or Britney herself.
There was no reason to tell the public about her apparent mental condition. It's not like the public is going to be able to help her by knowing she's got some mental issues.
It was definitely a PR stunt. Or he's stupid. Both, probably.
