Washington D.C., May 11, 2011 - Bruce Fein testifies on behalf of Campaign for Liberty before the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security. The hearing was named, "USA Patriot Act: Dispelling the Myths". In this video, Fein fields questions from Rep. Judy Chu (CA-32).

During the full committee markup of H.R. 1800, by a vote of 22-13, the House Judiciary Committee voted in favor of extending the "business records" provision and "roving wiretap" authority until December 31, 2017, and to make the "lone wolf" provision permanent.

Rep. Judy Chu (CA-32) voted NAY to the extension.
