How can you say the peace in "somaliland had never been seen in somalia even in 70s and 60s. I think you have skipped alot of history in your comment, if you haven't forgotten there was no somaliland in the 60s.

According to the international law somaliland is part of the Somali republic and is yet to achieve recognition. No country in the world recognizes somaliland as separate state thats why the brother mentioned as part of Somalia in his speech. It will only be singled out when it achieves its dreams as a separate country, until such time its Somalia as a whole.
