    To do a proper flashkick You need to lean back and stall in mid air to flash your bfs.

    Also try to straighten Your kicking leg.

    But yea,getting height is an absolute mandatory so work out that first.

  • Getting height is a one thing. Very important. VERY VERY! You jump up&back with Your back slightly arched and Your hips need to go first. This will allow You to powerfully kick out,and flip Your body over. At Your last try,You`ve almost got it but You jumping only back ...and You tucked,which shouldn`t happen. Maybe try at the gym so You wont be afraid of straightening Your body. If You gain height and flash powerfull enough You`ll flip over,thats really simple.
