Cast three times and shoot you legs up onto the bar in a straddle and keep your feet on the bar! Hope this helps!

how do u do level 2 bars dismount where u put your feet on the bar and then swing off it pleaseeeeeeeee answer i really want to know :)

@alliemart121 hi! Ive been getting my back hip circles a lot lately! And i had the same problem as u! I always "Throwed my head back" so here is a tip that helped me a lot and might help u: Keep ur chin down as far as possible and keep it there the whole time. Act as though there is a 1000 dollar bill under your chin and if u lift up ur chin u cant have that 1000 dollars! Also before ur back hip circles do 5 casts to get momentum, if you get it doing 5 casts go to 4 then 3 then 2 then 1. I use

wow awkward a 5year old is stronger than me im like 7 years older and i have trouble with kicking over on the bars and ive been doing it since i was 6 haha
