  • @absegamifrosh8 Yea maybe, but why look back? we are moving to a rowing simulator.

  • @hellerase yeah but like its a lot easier to hold a 30spm average because its just like rowing the boat. a 30 on the static erg is like a 38 on a boat. its has its benefits. both ergs work the same shit so doesnt matter. but theres a good debate between them too.

  • @absegamifrosh8 In a static you will get less/better average split rather than dynamic. But still dynamic is closer to rowing and much less stressful for the back. This guy is a legend!!!

  • @absegamifrosh8 fair shout. take back my smart arse comment :)

  • @010MACS well ofcourse im not gunna beat him, this man is a tank. just read that you dont use as much energy to bring yourself up to the catch. its just like a boat.

  • HR +190 for an hour.....holy shit

  • @absegamifrosh8 If you row with proper technique you should be pulling yourself up.

  • @absegamifrosh8 he claims it feels harder. go race him see what you think, and if you win let concept 2 know.

  • god I love this man! my idol.. the facial hair is the icing on the cake <3

  • the Dynamic erg helped him, its easier to pull harder and long on them because youre not really using energy to bring yourself up to the catch.
