That's why they are called The Classic Riders, which means Kamen Riders 1 to Stronger, but some how Skyrider - 8, Super-One - 9 and Dragon Rider- 10 which is 10th anniverary... But it is sopposed to be in the begining Kamen Rider X was the last rider, then Kamen Rider was reintroduced and Amazon Rider was the relaunch of Kamen rider until Kamen Rider Stronger then the makers thought Kamen Rider Stronger was the last Rider... Then Skyrider was the 1st Rider for the re introduction of Kamen Rider.
