How long can you stay in one of these for health a safety? Just checking cos gonna use one in a show we are doing? Also you can burst it right with a big needle or something and it looks pretty cool to the audience when the performer suddenly appears. Whats the best thing to use to burst it?

@diversechoreography I'm not a professional performer, you may want to check with some one who does this in their own act. I would say 10 to 15 minutes to be safe if the balloon is inflated pretty large 5 to 6 foot, maybe alittle longer, no more than 30 minutes tops, especially if the person inside is active and moving around.

The girl touching the balloon with her toes is the sensual part. The person inside is slowly asphixiating himself and is rapidly approaching death. This is how people engaged in this activity die unless the balloon bursts in time and thus they are able to breathe fresh air.

@blnstr I had only been inside the balloon for a few minutes before the camera was on, I was no where near "death" after this video was over she inflated the balloon more and left be inside for alittle longer
