Miss America is a JOB as well. Do your homework. There are things that are done throughout the entire year and on the road. There is a responsibility to the title.

and too all who say Miss America winners are less physically attractive...i TOTALLY disagree, Miss America has shown much more ethnic and cultural background diversity then Miss Usa, Miss America's are a combination of beauty/talent/intelligence not just a model competition...anyways the crown that Miss Usa gives too winner is crap, the classic look of Miss America with the crystal sceptre

@lexomil17 Miss America is the true prestige, Miss Usa is a model competition. In Miss America you are judged on swimsuit, evening gown, interview, talent and platform. Every contestant is required too have a specific platform they speak on. Miss Usa they only have one question which most contestant either answer very p.c or cant answer at all. Aswell, Miss America is a scholorship competiton too pursue higher education which Miss Usa has none of that

Ummm a lot. miss America has the talent portion... they look for the typical "pageant type girl"
miss USA is more fashion/celebrity type-ish.
its hard to describe. If you watch both you will see a major difference
