Until you know who you are and do not let them title you in any way, you will continue to go to jail. NO Laws apply, their courts are private corporations. The very fact you went there proves you are a slave to them.

It's hard to tell what he really meant since you didn't tell us what you tried to debate with him. I imagine it was some argument about a legal issue that really had been resolved 25 years earlier, and you just didn't know about it.

@arsxxmoriendi If I "chose" jail it was in protest. Rather than giving into state extortion of $300, the state spent $800 (jail + uncollected fine) to make a point that they take away a man's freedom over the most insignificant matters. Doing it with a smirk and without much incident does not excuse the blatant tyranny of the practice. "Freestater" apparently is not exclusive to foreigners anymore. I've been here for nearly 25 years. The spirit of liberty, for generations.

I didn't choose to go to jail. And yes, my crime is being poor. I have an icredible amount of work to do this semester and I don't have time to be running back and forth from Keene to Candia, nor do I have any desire to reward these people for what they do. I did not harm another person or cause damage to their property. Therefore, I am not a criminal.
