Dear brandinibowden,

I, too, always wished that I'd meet a girl like Penny. She has a natural cuteness/charm that would account for her "hotness". If this Penny existed when I was young, I would have loved to establish a close friendship with her (which could have possibly developed into a romantic relationship by the time that she & I reached the legal age for matrimony).

In other words, Penny is definitely a "cutie". That's the most appropriate term that I can utilize! :-)
