First of all, let me say thank you to the brilliant minds over at Rock-Paper-Shotgun - especially the esteemed and wonderful Psychopomp. You see, over at RPS we recently were exposed to the new trailer from the marketing blokes at EA for the esteemed Dragon Age: Origins. Hint, hint: It's a tad violent. Of course, though, everyone loves a good bloody rough-and-tumble in a gritty fantasy world, but that wasn't the problem. This very... violent trailer featured a song - if you can call it that - that grated our ears and scraped our very souls clean of happiness. But then, the great Psychopomp came and told us of a new way... A better way. He taught us to play the Hawaii Five-O Theme while watching Violence. And suddenly, what had seemed so terrible became... classy. Fantasmatic, even. And so I took it upon my shoulders to faithfully fulfill the wishes and dreams of my fellow RPSers... and I made this at 3 AM. Enjoy.

  • Wow, Windows Movie Maker can remove AND overlay soundtracks? WOW, THIS WARRANTS SERIOUS MENTIONING.

Sarcasm aside this works a little too disturbingly well.

  • The point was that I spent about two hours looking for a program that could do it, and then found that Movie Maker could do it in about five seconds. Hopefully saving someone else's time, y'know?

  • Did you have to put effort into syncing the video to the music?

If not, it really worked out in some places.

  • No, that's the beauty of it. It's a natural match.

  • Even the incredibily awkward and utterly inappropriate sex scene has been improved.

  • It actually goes pretty well with the video

  • Real men with hair in their lips watch this in 240p

  • Try watching this video with the &vintage=1911 filter.

  • So awesome.

  • i wanna see the benny hill theme ^^

  • @CaptPoco You can't bend your elbows in plate mail? That would make it hard to wield a sword, wouldn't it? Not exactly a feature you would want in your armor because it would make you a sitting duck in battle. Yet plate armor- that's what the heavily armed characters in this clip are wearing, by the way, not plate mail- was the apex of European military craftsmanship for roughly two centuries. Link one video that shows someone wearing authentic plate armor who can't bend his elbows.

  • @ohferfuxsake Oh for fux's sake! Plate mail limits mobility. Try doing a dive roll without bending your elbows.

  • !!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lol..music is funny

  • I need to know the name of this song, lool
