This was totally un-expected. I was looking into the distance and though I saw something coming around the corner so I grabbed my camera and zoomed in to see this work crew coming around the corner. So without hesitation and a tripod not setup but connected to the camera (I don't know if you have tried to setup a tripod while shooting but it isn't very easy) I started to shoot what I could from the first angle, then after a while I figured I could drive to a another location south of the bend that I knew of, and the second veiw was shot from on top of ecology block next to a sigal box.
I had to do something, it isn't every day you get to see the laborers at work.
UPDATE (5/26/08):
I was able to speak with a MOW laborer from seattle, he told me that this was the steel gang out moving the rail, he also proclaimed that this is an old pettibone. Which is what he said Smaller then the swingmaster which they were using to install track south of here
thanks for posting this trackmen dont get enough credit

No they don't, I'm going to try and make it back down to interbay and hopefully the yard will be empty enough to see the maintenance workers working, they were awarded three Safety Bells a few months ago...
