Xbox/Netflix Error

Rewind error on Xbox 360 Netflix app.

Note that instead of "Buffering..." and the video, it kicks right back to the Netflix menu. This happens about 50-75% of the time I try to rewind.

Also, the resume is flaky -- this rewind bug particularly seems to push the "watched" bar forward a substantial amount (requiring a rewind, which again may not work). Other times it pushes the "watched" bar back to 0% or 1%. These issues however are more rare, happening 25%-33% of the time.

I have the same issue. Netflix directed me to XBox support, and XBox support has not been helpful.

@utubecommentssuck Heh. I posted this for the Xbox Support folks to look at -- they passed me off to Netflix support!

I didn't try Netflix support because I had that sneaking suspicion they'd just punt me back.... not surprised to hear you confirm that.

Also, XBox email support was even more pointless. They directed me back to XBox phone support.

At this point I'm somewhat confused as to who is actually responsible for writing the Netflix/360 app. Both Netflix and XBox support indicated that it was a third party.
