@kingpoker44 I have been on both sides...Ask the person to fix the problem, then if they can't that is when you ask for manager...I always used to handle the problems, once had a manager that argued with customers, I tried to handle it, douche customers would get mad at me for tryin to handle it, so they insist on manager...ok here ya go. Now you get nothing. BUT I have a gf with Celiacs desease, so we NEED to talk to a manager before hand so that's when I do ask directly for manager.
