Carillon-Sortie par Henri Mulet

This is me on the big organ of Notre Dame, Montbrison. This was a practise session for a concert. The video has been cut in a few places, where I stopped playing to pull out stops (there were no composition pedals and all stops had to be manually drawn) and it was not possible to make the joins all seamless. The other problem was having a keyboard with 56 notes, as top F sharp does make several appearances in the piece, and not being able to play it meant a bit of cheating was required. Also the pedal board only went up to D, which meant playing one or two bars an octave lower than written. Lucklily I had help with two people working the registrations on the night!

That sounded brilliant Anthony - I have to agree with you too about Stop Registrations that it wasn't easy on your own, I would like to hear this on your Makin soon.

@16enChamade Haha I was getting off on the reverb! As for the playing in white sports socks, I find that easier than trying to play in trainers :)
