@mrkittycat110 it depends. make shure the circuit you tap into is HOT IN RUN and not HOT ALL TIMES. That way, the amp will only turn on when ur engine is on and the alternator can charge ur battery. unless u wanna install a switch, but only if you know what youre doing.

does the Turn On Wire, which is blue, that goes behind the deck, will that also shut off my amp when my keys are out of the ignition?
