The Voices of YOUR Faith

This video presents three of the most influential "Christian" leaders of the American Right Wing, James Dobson, Pat Robertson, and the late Jerry Falwell.

All three will go down in history as speaking boldly and bluntly about their views on homosexality, and array of political issues today. They have a huge heavy hand on politics, particularly the Republican Party. However in most recent years, the grip, according to some, have loosen. Despite that notion, we still see the extreme importance of the "conservative' vote by McCain, almost without thought, selecting Sarah Palin as his vice president nominee.

In any event, in this short clip, I hope you see the success they have had, and the influence they do have on the American people by spreading hatred, half-truths, and lies; all for their own self-gain!

As a Christian, or a believer, I am sure some will be surprised or perhaps fast to be on the defense, but reality is this: these leaders have in the past and present, support some oppressing ways and means of dealing with people of different race, faith, sex and gender. WHICH contradicts what Paul says, for their is neither jew or gentile, slave or free, male or female, for all are one in Christ Jesus.

Eventually, the old will die out, and the young will replace them, and be juuuuuust fine. Rigid, old, backwards ways simply cannot survive forever. : ) But, I gotta say, Robertson MAY just be the Wicked Witch of the West in THAT line-up. (((shudder!!)))
