LittleBigPlanet Vita | 'Collision Course' Gameplay | PlayStation Access (HD)

This level is a high-score challenge where you have to drive through the neon, Tron-looking streets, avoiding obstacles and larger vechicles. You score points by driving over point pads and ramming other vehicles into walls, which can be pretty tricky. This level appears to use the 3D layer glitch... that is, if it even is a glitch in LBP Vita?! A new feature? Who knows.

@BillyCrash100 PS3 with LBP 2. The Vita isn't out for a few months yet and LBP will be a little bit after that.

Some parts of this looks like it utilizes the 3d glitch (if it even is a glitch in LBP Vita). It could be a decoration but I hope it's not :P
