All of you have forgotton that there was a DRILL at the same time, maybe he was involved in the drill, and was injured by real debris from the bus explosion in his leg. That could be an answer that makes more sense. Remember volenteers/actors involved in the drills got caught up in the actual real event xx

Kingstar is a controlled demolitions company, they drill concrete and use hydraulic rams to demolish concrete, they dont use explosives, pure coincidence!! they were interviewed and gave this response. they are not stupid enough to have a sign written van right next to the bus!!
