  • One of the best cinematic representations of the crushing intoxicating discovery that your attraction is reciprocated.

  • So true!

If this scene was property of the Fox Searchlight indie machine we'd have eye-popping graphic art, scores of extras, and a

    hipster soundtrack.

Hartley accomplishes just as much, if not more, with a vacant parking lot, three guys, simple choreography, and a shovel.

  • Saw a clip of this dance on, of all things, a set of trailers a VHS tape for John Woo's "Hard Boiled". Loved it then, love it now, plus, thanks to the wonders of the Internet, I can now see it in it's wider context. So cool.

  • One of the most confusingly random scenes in a movie ever, even though it probably does have some meaning

  • The mystery behind Malcolm Janus' death on Deadzone; revealed!

  • Well put. And what about the Dreamworks version of this scene, complete with CGI cupids or whatnot.

  • agh i wanna see this so much!
