argghH! i miss The Yamanote Line.. i used to rode from Ikebukuro to other stations! miss the sound and the music played before the door are closed.. and i really love the announcement.. XD i miss Jaoan

OH! luckily u mention (Auto Train Control), as i play flight simulator for moment or 2, i thought it was Air Traffic Controller, also known as ATC

No.The lights are not used today. Yamanote line using ATC (Auto Train Control) system and signals are indicated on the speedometer.
And yellow men are track maintenance stuff.

The lights wernt working? how come a guy have to wave a flag for the train to start? i tot there would be a green light
