Aaron Shamy warms up on Dead Souls 5.13D in American Fork Canyon Utah. What a punk! The route is found on the EL Diablo wall in the Hell area. The route boasts powerful moves that starts with a blind throw to a one finger pocket with a clip off the match box then technical moves on small crimpers that leads to the hardest move on the route; A drive by to a two/three finger box, room for half a pad, skip this clip and onto the redpoint crux - the widest pinch I have ever held onto, get your right hand on the pinch and move your thumb to the outside and the route is done. You will deck at every bolt, including the chains if you fall while clipping. Recommended for expert climbers and expert belayers.
