Why do people always complain about Joburg. It is just like any city in the world, I have been there and spent 3 weeks with gf family and loved it. If you walk around like a tourist of course you will be targeted the same as in London or anywhere else. So many negative things to say about this country but all the people I met (white or black) were very friendly and yes you can walk around without being shot!! lol
