I would like to see Sony get rid of the XMB completely, and design something that integrates move into the ui a bit more.

@eldiablo9604 PS3 has better exclusives, better graphics, free online with less lag and Blu-Ray... PS3 is clearly the better console.

The reason people like XBOX more is because of the interface, and party chat. Party chat could be added in an update, along with a more 'fun' XMB. I think they should drive away from the current XMB completly, and really blow the XBOX's out of the water. Add party chat. Then the PS3 is sorted.

@eldiablo9604 **CAN PEOPLE STOP GOING ON ABOUT CROSS GAME CHAT, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN OFFICIAL**
In a recent interview, president of Sony Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida has stated that cross-game chat will NEVER make its way to the PS3. According to Yoshida the console’s RAM is consumed almost entirely by running software, without a sufficient remainder to power cross-game sessions, an online function PS3 owners have been asking for since the emergence of Xbox Live Party.

@tubescorch "Once a game gets RAM we never give it back, it’s not possible to retrofit something like that after the fact… The game has to use its own memory to do [in-game voice chat]. There’s always voice chat in the game. But it’s a part of a game feature. It’s not a part of an OS feature. That’s the reason in terms of the ability to have voice chat across different games."
