Maybe you should do some research before you ask if he ever had a job. There are a lot of people that talk and get paid for it, btw. Their called motivational speakers (Les Brown, Bob Proctor, Zig Ziglar). I guess his uplifting some Black people isn't worth anything to you. I guess everything isn't for everybody (a la pearls to swine).

The music is VERY unnecessary. Who started that trend? It distracting. If I wanted to listen to music, I would have played a CD.

I bet if somebody was telling you how to find $100 million worth of gold over this music, it wouldn't be a distraction. The point is that distractions only exists if we allow them to. In life you have to learn how to focus on the wheat & throw away the chaff. If you would have read the description, you'd have known that I didn't upload the music onto this speech, somebody else did. However, the message is still shouldn't be overlooked due to the 'distraction'.
