  • Cathy, I actually tried it today, but, I used fresh brussel sprouts instead of frozen. It came out great! I threw them in with some Indian style rice I made with turmeric and it went great with that. So, it goes well with any Eastern flavors. The best part, though, is that its fat free and low in sodium. Thanks for the tip!

  • Reduced balsamic vinegar is total awesomeness. I recommend the best quality one can afford. Thanks for this Cathy, I actually have all the ingredients and will try this. I noticed it completed your "body builder" meal, that being fibrous carbs, starchy carbs, and protein. Let me add that it's also fat free. Good going!

    I see you're a fan of "Great Value!" stuff. I tried their OJ and it was crap so I explored no further; staying with other discount brands for the most part although the salad dressing is OK. Do you have good luck with them?
