  • I fucking lovvvveeeee deadlifts!!!

  • @2431346 why do so many people assume that bodybuilders train to fight? don't you think if that would be the case, they would do martial arts instead? or do you say to martial arts guys "lolol all he does is fight, he can't even lift this heavy ass weight"? it just doesn't make any sense. bodybuilding = to build a body, martial arts = to fight, don't get it confused, there is no connection between these two things.

  • Rest for at least 3 minutes. This is a compound movement, its gonna fkn strain the shit out of your entire body.

Also, this doesn't look correct, his upper body looks pretty much parallel to the floor, it's horrible. He's barely using his legs and his hips aren't low enough.

He also looks like he is hyper-extending his back when he lifts the weight, his back needs to be straight, not with chest puffed out.

Thumbs up plz so ppl know how to properly deadlift!

  • @DoorTommo 3 deep breaths... :-)

  • @XxGoHabsGo31xX if u push out the heels and not the toes it will also help keep u from leaning forward = helps ur lower back form

  • Honestly, is he doing it right? Ive done these before, but i had to stop due to injury. I stick my chest out, shoulders back, squat down (like im sitting) and then i drive up. My chest is always out. It was how i was told.

  • how long should you rest in between reps?

  • @MrJohn12345678990 hahahaha men that is funny thats a good one.

  • @2431346 Look brainy, these guys don't train for fighting, they train for looks. That's why it's called bodybuilding: you "build" your body.

Don't mix two sports just because they both require strength. It's two different things.

  • Put a shirt on please, or else Jay Cutler or Ronny will visit the gym shirtless and make you look like a little gir.

  • 2:35 He wanted Joe Tong to stick a finger in his ass and Joe Tong got scared LOL

  • great video!

  • Jessie bulkin up quite good while his off season, haha!

  • The Mecca of BodyBuilding :)

  • @2431346

It's a good thing they are bodybuilders and not wrestlers then. Two completely different ways of training the body. Let them do what they do. This is a good instructional video on deadlifts and they are good at what they do.

  • @YogiBear13

he doesn't have the right body for fighting. A high level wrestler who is 50 lbs lighter would make a fool out of both of them.

  • @2431346

How do you know if this guy is slow. Have you seen him run? Have you seen him fight? Brock has more muscle mass than this guy yet he isn't slow. For all you know this guy is a world class MMA coach.

  • @bambarby

brock lesnar isn't slow and weak. Alistair Overeem isn't slow and weak. I was talking about the guys in the video bro.

  • @2431346 Okay but please don't assume every big guys is slow and weak.

  • @bambarby

but I'm not skinny. I am strong. But I don't over do it.

  • @2431346 tough guy, talking shit like a fucking dumbass. That guy can fuck your skinny ass up anyday

  • @McEddi3

lol don't think so. I have a strong chin. If you wrestle, neck bridges are very common and they strengthen your neck and help absorb the shock of a punch. These guys have too much muscle. Takes lots of oxygen to feed the muscles and not only would their punches be slow and telegraphed, but they would be tired fast.
