  • hy there i whant you'r advice if you can help me...i whant to buy a bike and until now all i've ride was some russian bikes of 125cc-175cc now i whant to get one of this one kawasaki zx4r,zx6r,honda cbr600rr,or a sv100 wich one do you recomend?thx

  • @werewolf666beast I like the SV1000 because it has a lot of torque and a wide power band. Those other bikes have good horsepower, but it isn't available until higher RPMs; they can't touch a V-Twin out of the corners in my opinion.

  • I'm so doing this to my sv. cheers man. theres a vid with a russian dude doing the same but he's butchering the thing. I'm just worried about all the metal shavings falling into the can when i start drilling? how did you prevent that from happening? great freaking sound! and now that you say it...sewing machine! good call :))

  • @pogiewogie Just cut the holes almost all the way around, then grab the piece with pliers and pry it out.

  • Hi Daniel thanks for your movie we did that on TL1000 and that sound like a thunder ^)!

  • @iceiceice99999 Ya, I checked it out. Nice video.

  • It does not change the stock look of the bike. Since making this video, I have purchased 2 Brothers exhaust for my bike. They are much nicer, but not everyone has ~ $800 to blow on a new exhaust for cosmetic reasons. This mod costs nothing and does improve the sound of the bike.

  • I see the black marks from someone playing with burn outs lol....

  • That darn high pitch whine those bikes make kills me, i have the same bike. Want a 4 cylinder!

  • stain tune sounds much better - better torque as well...

    love my sv 1000.....

  • Did you feel a noticeable reduction in power or did the stock ECU adapt to the free flowing exhaust? I used to run my RC51 (also a 1K fuel injected v-twin) on pseudo straight pipes and I noticed a noticeable reduction in torque.

  • Weird question here: Does removing the baffles make the pipe go through and through? Like if you stick a measuring tape inside it, does it go past the can section?

I live in Quebec and the police are sticklers for stock pipes. I have Hindle exhausts that sound wonderful but some police don't seem to think so (I say some because most just leave me alone when I drive by). These cops only check for straight pipes, not actual decibels.

  • @MOJONIXION I don't want a bike that JUST makes a lot of noise!

  • You have a good sense of humor! :-D

  • Why not just ride a Harley?
