This is a really fun video of the first stages of cob building~
Cob building is so amazing and as far as I am concerned the most full spectrum building awesomeness on earth*
Cob is a mixture of sand/clay/straw/water in the perfect ratio.....ALL these ingredients are available in abundance pretty much everywhere humans live~
These are all harvestable from quite close very commonly thus making them cheap or free~
Of course all these materials are 100% natural thus leave no waste or trash in any way*
These houses can last for hundreds of years......If built right they also require no cost in heating or cooling in summer or winter......They can also be built to harvest all their own water and create all their own electricity.....They can also be built to grow food inside all year around and are SOOOO Beautiful!
The process is also quite enjoyable as it is outdoors, physically engaging and engages the earth......Also living in these homes feels AWESOME because the vibration is in resonance with the earth rather than a total disconnect from the earth as almost all buildings are*
Also cob buildings can be built in any shape or size and do not require right angles or even measurements and degrees*
Work does not exist in the new paradigm my friends~
This is a huge upgrade in my opinion =D
Bless

  • This is the most informative video on cob building. I wish there were more like this. Thank you thank you so much.

  • well, I am a builder, and this guy seems to know what he's talking about.., need to hear more though...

  • I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for your sharing of such fine detail about the process of cob building. It is most helpful and is certain to go a long way toward drawing forth the possibility of trying my own hand at this most fascinating process.

  • Big help !!!

  • thank you so much for posting free knowledge. Thats the way it should be.

  • I really enjoy the learning potential of this video. After watching you do this, and hearing your descriptions of how to make cob housing, I have a decent understanding of how it is done, and could possibly do it myself. I love that you put this information out for free, so we all can learn.

I love the simplicity of the process and seeing how people can accomplish everything that needs to be done without machinery or fancy equipment or even complicated measurements.

    Easy Peasy =D

  • Yes.
