  • @Drmokat1 - I wholeheartedly agree! The fact that this piece is currently coming up to 25,000 hits, with over 50 comments and - MOST significantly - 111 likes and NO dislikes (of course, now I've said that - some prat is BOUND to...) - shows this music is CLASS!

  • If someone doesn't like this music then there is something seriously wrong with them. Love it!!

  • Dont forget My boy Earl Young played the drums on the bad jam, along with Don - Kenny Gamble- Leon Huff - The Three Degrees and MFSB It was the largest national anthem for black music history. It gave us LOVE -PIECE AND SOOOOOOOUUUULLLL!

  • RIP Don Cornelius. Thanks for the Saturday Afternoon Living room parties.

  • THIS IS MUSIC.... PURE MUSIC!!!

  • I love MFSB but sadly this has some hints of campy ABBA with The Three Degrees and the saxes, and some "Wedding music"-feeling - however - superb drumming, percussion, flow, swing, bass, strings, melody et al.

  • @Drmokat1 I agree...especially today. RIP Don Cornelius.
