@KuraiShoka No you do not need to live in Japan to play. You can be anywhere to play online as long as you have everything needed to play.

i found a site that has a petition to try and get REO servers back online in america, so far 614 people have signed it. a link is on my site and in one of my videos. (umbrellamonsters add)
