Documentary of a 2 time felon trying to get his life together and get a regular job. Pancho has been in prison for most of his life and wants to work and make an honest living. He is an member of the East Coast Crips Gang and has ran the streets of L.A., but now intends to turn his life around. He has been fired for being a felon and has been told that he cant work some places because of his record. He cant seem to get a company to trust him. He talks about his life and experiences.

Unfortunatly my audio is not tweeked the way it should be and I have more footage of Pancho to add to this. This project was supposed to be six minutes long, so I had to cut out a lot. I am looking to shoot more on the subject and follow Pancho on his daily search for employment. If you know anyone interested in investing in the documentary, please forward it to them!
