A nice machine. We use THIS machin in our AV-studio for video-post-production on Adobe Premiere CS 5. We don't have any problems with this machine.
As the machine comes we formated it and make a new windows 7 installation with our "tuning-settings", special for Video.
HP Z800 + 2 Quadros = a nice AV-machine

Good system but a far better alternative is 'SUPERMICRO 7046GT-TRF' . That system has 2x hot swappable 1400 watt PSUs, 4xpci-express slots that will run 4 graphics cards at asame bandwidth of 16x simultaneously. Plus 3 additional pcie express slots and two pci slots, 8 hotswap hard drive bays with all fitted cabling

I can only imagine how Cubase would work in this workstation! I want it! Making music should be a breeze with this machine! I'll get it...somehow I'll get it!
