Saturn - Super Metroid Speed Run attempt - Ridley - No Suit

Saturn attempting his crazy tool assisted Speed Run and this was the battle with Ridley. It's a reverse boss run, so he has no suits whatsoever. He ended up dieing though. This is a Beta Test with Ridley. This speed run has been worked on forever. Wonder if he's even close to being done yet...

@C12claws If someone didn't answer it, i''ll tell ya how. (im not going to look at all the comments, lol)

1. Have at least 10 M 10SM and 11 SB. (you need 11 super bombs cause you use one to start the trick) and very very low health with no reserve tanks left

2. Go into assumed morph ball position

3. Press the following all together. L R Down and your button you use to fire the bomb.

4. Watch the magic.

@bowserluigi446 Its called the crystal flash. I'm not exactly sure how to do it, but you need at least 10 of each item and I think less then 100 energy. Then you press some weird combination of buttons which puts you into that animation, which gives you full health.

@belko92 That's why it's such an amazing game. 16 years after it's release, our hearts quicken during a boss battle. Who needs 3D?

@bowserluigi446 I have no idea. I was just letting the title screen play once and I saw samus do the same thing. It's some type of recharge method apparently.
