Why vegito won't changed to SSJ3 ?

It's not that he won't, it's that he can't. SSJ3 Vegito would require two saiyans that can turn SSJ3, but Vegeta can't turn SSJ3. Not to mention he didn't need to go SSJ3, because he was SSJ only the whole fight. Just SSJ2 would be more than enough for Buu. :D

Buu's voice changed slightly when he absorbed Piccolo, I presume.

Piccolo is extremely intelligent, so Buu would have that intelligence, and would speak different than before, where it was easy to notice he wasn't exactly smart. Maybe his voice is also affected because he has better pronouncation of words, or something?

Guys think bout it, what if Vegito decides to have sex with either Chichi or Bulma after which they defuse, will the child be Goku's or Vegeta's? Will it be dual voices and actually comprise of dual entities or are they a single sentient being?
