ugh what sucks is that i always crinkle my forehead and i have some small noticeable wrinkles...while my friend is a pack a day man, only drinks soda and juice, and never wears sunscreen and his skin is practically perfect :(

Hey Ross, can you still get a tan while wearing an SPF moisturizer? I love a tan complexion but am afraid of wrinkles, skin cancer, etc. If so which SPF works best for protection and the ability to still get a tan?

What are you thinking about Age Defense Hydrator SPF 15 - Clinique?

The notes are unreadable. You can type the list in power-point slide without adding sound/Music. Then save it as 'quick- time move' , and put this clip in-between your video, then add voice-over for the slide. This is one way to make the notes readable.

Regular Exercise And 5 portion of fruit and vegetable is a must

good vid. i hope you can talk next time on skin care ingredient such as tretinoin,l-ascorbic acid, hydroquinone etc. these are more advanced type of ingredients and have a profound impact on skin. i have been using retin-a since 16 and now im 24 and my skin is absolutely fantastic. i use topical vitamin c in the form of l-ascorbic acid in the daytime with a physical sunblock such as total block. at night if needed i use cerave cream on top of the retin-a if i feel im too dry.

I plan on creating videos that become progressively more specific...For this video I really wanted to suggest practical ways to keep skin healthy. Most of the advanced skincare ingredients require a prescription so they aren't the easiest to get. I'll get to work on more videos soon!!
Take care!
