Your not that bright are you. Bread is something you eat, breed is what you meant to say. With that being said, Cops are hardly the only ones who know how to use a gun. In fact, the majority of cops only use their weapons when they have to qualify for their departments, which at best is only every 6 months. So even at that rate, they would be barely better then the average armed citizen
