Street art is not just art it is a form of taking back the freedom of expression and right to an opinion, it's also a way to say that the world is a free place only if we are ALL able to use it. Rebellion against all of the" posted property", and" keep out" signs. So your definition of what is and isn't art is subject to the interpreter and I prefer a collage. So this art is perfect to me.

It's originally from a programme called 'The Critics', though I nicked it from an clip used in a recent edition of Thinking Aloud on Radio4 - he was originally talking about street decorations for the coronation in London.
