ขอแก้ไขความเข้าใจผิดของหลายๆ ท่าน ภาษาลาวไม่เหมือนภาษาอีสานนะคะ แค่สำเนียงจะเหมือนกับอีสานเหนื­อบางจังหวัดแค่นั้นเอง เราเองเคยอยู่ที่อีสานมาหลายจัง­หวัด พูดอีสานได้เกือบทุกแบบ แต่ก็ไม่ค่อยเข้าใจภาษาลาวและศั­พท์ลาวหลายๆ คำ ถ้าได้ไปลาวก็คงไม่พูดอีสานค่ะ มันเหมือนคนละภาษาน่ะ

i have known many thai here in south fl, they can speak lao and understand find and i prefer english but they trying to talk to in lao maybe they think we are??????but we are not. is to late

for me my sister married to thai-chinese man when we speak e-san he doesnt understand so we have to speak thai together for over 20 years when we back to visit our mother in Ubon sometimes we still talk thai together but when talk to mother it change auto to e-san but what's funny when we talk to another we alway talk in thai not mean we r embarrassed but just we use to speak to another like that and now when someone make me jump the word I say it out .it's thai word!!
