  • First of all, I dislike and diesapprove donkey policy. But why are they booing?

  • booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooboooooooooooooooooooooobooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • The firefighters, police and families booed her because she didn't show up at any of the memorials. So much for the NY senator. Rudy went to all of them. She deserved it. Someone should have thown a pie in her face. It's unfortunate, though, that we who didn't see it live had the pleasure of listening to the cheers HBO dubbed in. I was lucky because I had a live feed from HBO east. I laughed so hard. But you got to say, she was a trooper. Probably made her hate Bill even more. He was cheered.

  • Becareful, the snipers!!! Becareful hillary!!!! Bitch. And a lying bitch.

  • If someone protested me at my home I could have that person removed by force from my property. This would not constitute a breech of free speech.

If that person then continued their protest on the public street then I could not legally stop them from protesting. I could, however, heckle them until they are no long audible. To do so would not be a breach of FS rights.

...not trying to be disrespectful by debating:)

  • Madison Square Garden is private property and the owners are not necessarily obligated to allow her to speak (statues vary from state to state). But, this is all moot when you consider that she was not disallowed from speaking. She continued to speak and finished her address unabated.

  • No, I didn't mark it as spam. It takes multiple people for spam to be marked as such anyway. I didn't bring up the subject of private property so I really have no idea what you're talking about. You said, 3 days ago, "There is no right to free speech on private property", which is constitutionally incorrect. And no, I will not go on a Supreme Court case search just to satisfy your ignorance.

  • Marked it as 'spam' eh?

Wow, that 'idiot' remark cut deep. I ask you, without personally attacking you, to explain to me how private property plays into this issue.

You can start by researching the 1980 U.S. Supreme Court case of Pruneyard Shopping Center v. Robins
