permitanme educarlos un poco..La RD es un pais que pertenece al 3rcer mundo,ocea paises que no estan desarrollados,y porque?porque aun seguimos en la "edad de piedra",en otras palabras no nos hemos modernizado.Este tren representa un gran progreso para el pais y es el inizio o la continuacion de industrializacion del pais. hay personas que simplemente no saben como reaccionar antes este gran cambio que ha sucedido en el pais, pero es algo nuevo y es inicio y representacion de progreso.

@espido Give me the names of those Dominican babies that die because of lack of medicine in the DR. I bet you they are none. Maybe you are reffereing to the haitians who saddly are dying because of the corrupt goverment of haiti and cross the border for a better life only to suffer the consequences of being illegally in a country. and the guy in this video is no chopo, he is a dominican citizen who is happy because he now can go to school or work with a modern transport system! @bellababe0018 , no tan en la edad de piedra porque el que tiene dinero consigue todo en Dominicana, yo he viajado por el mundo y te puedo decir que en Dominicana encuentras muchas comodidades que en algunos paises no se encuentran, lo que pasa con el metro es que es la primera ves que la clase no pudiente en dominican recibe un empuje en materia de transporte moderno de este indole y que muchos no esperaban ni en sueño.

@MrPivotMakerXD This is the perfect example of ignorant people here in DR. they get exited because they have never seen one. but ask him about hospitals, ask him how many babies die every day because lack of medicine and medics, ask him about education... this Gov (Leonel Fernandez) invest 1.8% of all the "tax"in education that is below average that is around 4.5% in all south america an central america. thats why our country its full of guys like this. we call them chopos most of the time.
