Ethnicity, culture, and sexual orientation are important aspects of everyday life of human beings. While diversity adds character and differences among people, minorities often feel vulnerable with open disclosure and retreat from exposures they fear could leave them in jeopardy. This is especially so with the lesbian and gay community.
