Often nicknamed 'Little Tibet', the town of Xiahe in China's Gansu province, is the most important place of worship for Tibetans outside Tibet itself. Pilgrims from all around the world come to the Labrang monastery to perform prayer.

The town is seperated in an old, highly spiritual part, and a modern new town. In this video the contrast is shown, and some commentary on Tibet and its people is also given.

The audio I used came from the 'Tea with Flower Fragrance' series, others songs are royalty free, except for the final one, credits of which I was unable to verify.
