Eric was the MAN! One of the most underated and most talented drummers ever. This guy was amazing. One of my favs, my son is named after name. Erik.. with a k, but in honor of a guy who brought a lot of memories to my growing up.

I agree that they could have waited for some time before continuing with the album but it's their job afterall....

even though bruce was always a great guitarist, it seemed that he always used all these effects in the 80's but half way through his tenure with kiss, for instance this show, it proved that he is a great guitarist, still playing fast and all but not those stupid 80's guitar effects. then you see unplugged fucking incredible. so the bottom line is with me, is that you have to have the fingers do the playing not the effects.

It is amazing to watch Eric Carr still to this day. I wish his bandmates hadn't kicked him to the curb once he found out how ill he was. It was obvious on the video God Gave Rock and Roll To You how pale and thin he was. He didnt have long. They could have been there for him but making their album was more important. Really? Couldnt wait a few months to comfort someone who was there for them and always with a smile. He was the better man.

@luchog1100 agreed....i can barely stand kiss anymore they feel lk a cover band to me thats in it for the money....i mostly listen to a band called edguy now same line up since 1998 and no bullshut

@vilavetjazzpig carr has way more energy and pounds those drums as hard as he can....i also lk how black diamond is a little faster with carr....singer is just....boring....
