A 5 day trek through spectacular Glacier National Park. The 70+ mile trek began at Logan pass and ended at The Loop Trail parking lot. Trek includes Granite Park Chalet, Many Glacier, Ptarmigan Pass, Elizabeth Lake, Cosley Lake, Stoney Indian Pass, Kootenal Lakes, and Fifty Mountain.

  • We are planning on doing the same trip, how was the trail traffic/weather/mosquitoes?

  • @glaicer100 We didn't cross paths with many people on the trail maybe a total of 15-20 the whole time we were on the trail. The campgrounds are small so not many people there either. The weather was beautiful except the first day, when it was raining and near freezing. One thing to remember the weather can change in minutes especially around the passes. I don't remember mosquitoes being a problem. Make sure to get there a day or 2 early to reserve your campsites, otherwise you wont get any.
