Lee Patrick Hanks of New World Integrations and the new Tara-13 Network, interviews Alfred Webre, J.D., M.Ed., a futurist and author of "Exopolitics."

Alfred explains that "Exopolitics" is the political science of outer space and that there are as many as 57 different ET races visiting our planet. He describes the ET truth embargo and the severe sanctions and consequences of moving away from the 20th century canon of science.

Alfred says that recently released NASA photos of Mars show evidence of life and he explains how in 1953, the Robertson Panel which was convened by the CIA, imposed a rule that there will be no public discourse on this planet around extraterrestrial presence.
